Since federal law in the United States stipulates that someone working at a company for over one year may legally take up to one twelve weeks for FMLA leave. The Federal Medical Leave Act only states that an employer must offer you a position upon your return. A year off with partial pay seems amazing.Christellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04445301721817984246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8680473681725784031.post-37956323209568404992012-07-14T19:41:10.549-07:002012-07-14T19:41:10.549-07:00I am so surprised to learn that some regions of It...I am so surprised to learn that some regions of Italy; suffers from poverty. I found your information very interesting. ...Stacy,<br />I found your information very interesting. I was also in contact with a teacher from Italy. She had a very similar story, but has not encountered much poverty. It could be the region she lives in. She feels like Europe does a good job supporting their young children and families. Isn't is funny how two people from the same country don't see things the same way?teacherspethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02941237771265925459noreply@blogger.com
